Job Description
Activities will include but not limited to:
New Original Development and Sustaining of the Client Services in our Massively Parallel Processor Database Server Systems called SeaQuest and Neoview.
The Client Services area encompasses many components of the system, including database manager, workload management, connectivity etc. Specific duties in this area will vary over time. The system is Linux based and incorporates a number of Clusters and Cloud based technologies.

And this job requires frequent communication with US team through different communication channel, as well as work with different sub-teams here.

Job Requirements & Skills Required
As Sub-Scrum master:
?Holding daily standup meeting
?Participant status/Sprint meeting weekly
?Checkpoint with US scrum master weekly
As PM/coordinator for the Client Service area:
?Setup & execute process, arrange local Inspections for Code Reviews, Specification Reviews, QA Code Reviews and QA Test Plan Reviews, etc.
?Assist with hiring and screening new employees and arranging Interviews
?Assist with schedule creation
?Promote/Drive knowledge management

Qualification
1.Typically a technical Bachelor's degree or above, such as Computer Science, Software Engineering.
2.Related Project Management or Management experience 2~3 years. Previous Management or Project Management experience and/or a clear demonstration of ability to work with people in a coordination and communication role with attention to schedule details.
3.PMP or equivalent certification, or Scrum master certification is a bonus.
4.Good verbal and written communication skills in English, and communication skills. (will interviewed by US team)
5.Other like multi-tasking, team work, can-do attitude, working hour flexibility, are necessary.
6.Related computer systems or software engineering experience is a plus
7.Knowledge on linux and database will be a big plus
