Job Purpose

Responsible for managing import and export activities of RAHK to ensure smooth operation of customs affairs and ensure all the activities are in compliance with government regulations and global trade compliance’s policy and procedure and support RA China customs affairs.

Key Responsibilities:

DO

• Overall manage Import&Export affairs to ensure on-time delivery and order fulfillment.

• Timely complete the import and export declaration in Trade-link after shipment arrived and ensure the data accuracy.

• Coordinate Internal communication to ensure smooth operation and issue solution and urgent case shooting.

• Work together with Trade Compliance Team to champion processes and policies to realize 100% compliance with GRC’s government regulations and Global Trade Compliance procedures

• Apply pre-classification and import license in HK TID to ensure meet EAR’s compliant request.

• Continuously study and follow up GRC/US Import & Export laws, regulations, rules and internally publish to analyze challenges and draft defense strategies and measures share or figure out the related business opportunity.

• Administer the requirements of US EAR in daily logistics operations, Perform daily system unblock to ensure on-time deliveries to RA customers while ensuring compliance and Review documents submitted by external entities for appropriateness (SPL screen and ECCN control)

• 3rd party supplier (broker and freight forwarder) management, build SOP and frequently review performance to continually improve service requirement and customs compliance related activity and cost control.

• 3PL Billing checking and on-base application to ensure payment accuracy.

• Be in charge of internal/External audit against import/Export operation, issue audit report and follow up findings to bring visibility to issue and resolve.

• Maintain effective and professional relationships with HK TID&HK customs.

• Support Customs/CIQ upgrade: AEO, CIQAA

• Know SAP & MS office

• Fluent in English(both written and verbal)

  Education Qualifications

• University degree

• 5 years+ working experience of import & export position

Multinational company working experience is preferred
