Job Purpose

Grow SSB solution strength by making the solution selling strategies, training solution team/FBL, SSB/SA, SSB team and transfer the SSB solutions knowledge to FBL, SSB / SA, SSB team. Offering the pre-sales support on key SSB projects.

DO
?In conjunction with SSB China Business Manager to develop key solutions/application strategy, develop and define the China SSB focus on specific industry and application.
?In conjunction with SSB China Proposal Manager to develop standard SSB proposal
development process, develop the proposal template and take lead to review the
Proposals for critical and complicate projects.?Fully responsible and accountable for the country SSB China Proposal team on
developing new application, domain knowledge transfer from SSB Regional
Engineering Center.?Offer the application training to Proposal Team.
?Fully responsible and accountable for the SSB China FBL/SA team on SSB application
selling training, sales tools development.?Take lead to help China Regional FBL/SA team on making and reviewing their SSB
selling strategy by branch.?Take lead on solution selling for specific key SSB Account/Industry, on customer call,
proposal development, close order, review the implementation.?Take lead to keep the relationship with key SSB China accounts and SSB global
accounts through developing accounts plan, regular customer visit.
OVERSEE
?SSB proposal review process.
?Training for proposal team.

?Demonstrate expert level of product related skills in IA, Drive System, Motion Control,
Standard Drive, Intelligent Motor Control& Networks and intermediate level of knowledge
in safety products. ?High level of knowledge in industry & application as well as good understanding of process
Business & project implementation management. ?Demonstrated high level of business acumen, extensive working knowledge of sales and
negotiations, and ability to make major proposal decisions with limited information and time
constraints.?Solid skills in value-based selling & project sales strategizing.
? Intermediate training skills.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE
(Education, qualifications and experience requirements an employee must have)
?Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or technology is required.
?8+ years of engineering experience in a large industrial systems and solutions delivery
business or company.?8+ years of project management experience on large and complicate industry projects
?Strong experience on high ability on different RA product line.
?Fluent English Speaking.
