Finance Intern财务实习生 , 120RMB/Day, at least 3 days/week
Job Purpose:
He/she is responsible to ensure that the assigned accounting related processes, reporting and analysis job are in accordance with RA policies and procedures.
He/she is responsible for backup the defined role assigned by AP team Lead.
Service scope: Asia Pacific

KPI (Key Performance Indicator):
KPI includes measurement for clear, timely and accurate analysis & reporting and completion for ad hoc job assigned.

Key Responsibilities:
DO
? PO and NON-PO invoice processing
? Vendor queries regarding invoice and payment status
? Coordinate with payment and GL team to ensure issues are well addressed and solved
? Provide supporting documents required by internal and external auditors
? Accounting documents filing
? Ad hoc job assigned.

Key Competency Requirement:

- Good command of spoken and written English, CET -6
- Good communication and able to support a positive working environment.
- Team work and able to drive for results.
- Good understanding of ERP (SAP is a plus) system, proficient in Microsoft Office Tools such as Excel, Word etc

Education/Qualifications/ Work Experience:

- University Student in Accounting or related fields, with a keen aptitude for accounting and interest in accounting

- Understanding of accounting principles

- Willing to learn

- Self driven and control
