PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is a unique two-year rotational program for entry-level finance professionals, designed to offer Trainees the opportunity to apply finance and accounting skills in various business areas.
In addition, Trainees receive performance coaching, technical skill enhancement, and leadership development from experienced professionals and leaders.
The FLDP strives to match the background, skills and interests of Trainees with current organizational needs.
During this 2-year rotational program, FLDP Trainees will be put on four 6-month Rotations, with each Rotation (at discretion of the company) to be within the following functional areas:
? Accounts Payable processing
? T&E expense reports processing
? General Accounting and Controllership
? Project accounting
? Credit control & collection
? Financial Planning & Analysis, and Reporting
During each Rotation, trainees will perform responsibilities equivalent to a full-time professional staff for the functional area. This Program is designed to provide Trainees with diversified exposure to be familiar to RA’s corporate and business structure.
Additionally, Trainees are encouraged to participate in and lead cross-functional projects, promoting high levels of responsibility, accountability and visibility within the organization. Trainees assume immediate responsibility for critical functions and are identified as potential leaders of change within RA.
Trainees will be based in Shanghai for the first three 6-month Rotations, and thereafter, potentially go on a Short Term International Relocation (STIR) assignment, to an overseas RA location for the final Rotation. However, this overseas STIR assignment is not guaranteed and is dependent on resource needs as well as management’s discretion at that time.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
? Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting or Finance, from a recognized University
? Demonstrated academic excellence
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills
? Refined analytical and problem solving skills
? Demonstrated leadership roles and responsibilities in school, community activities or employment
? Related co-op or internship experiences
? Ability to relocate throughout the program, as required
