岗位职责

1.负责公司线上阿里天猫店铺的运营与维护，制定运营方案、目标及执行策略

2.对线上店铺日常数据直接负责，包括流量、点击率、转化率、复购率等，并形成报表和提出优化策略；

3.负责店铺的运营和维护，引入流量、推进活动，达成店铺销售目标。跟进，分析、效果评估、有效提升营销效果，达到月度经营目标要求；

4.深度分析用户需求，负责通过优化店铺页面、宝贝详情及推广策略的实施，提高宝贝购买转化率、订单金额及用户黏性；

5. 负责店铺活动提报、执行、站内及站外推广，负责跟进各类活动资源的规划、拓展、执行；

任职要求

1、2年以上电商运营管理工作经验，操作过大型电商运营项目、运营类目要求：科技产品、物联网产品等类目；

2、熟悉国内电商主流平台和渠道，及电商站内营销手段，并有过成功的营销推广经验；

3、对数据有较强敏感度，擅长市场洞察及数据分析，根据结果及时优化运营策略；

4、熟悉不同商城的运营环境、交易规则、推广ROI、商城网站广告资源;熟悉不同网商商城运作情况;

5、具有较强的互联网思维，熟悉互联网平台的运作现状，较好的把握会员营销方向；

6、目标导向、执行力强、学习力高、专注力强，能承受一定的压力，同事具有较强跨部门协调沟通能力。
