职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责项目质量体系建设及优化；
2、负责实施项目质量检查工作；
3、建立并维护研发中心度量库，定期发布组织过程能力基线，推动量化过程管理，通过数据采集和分析识别过程改进机会；
4、负责实施项目的度量数据收集、分析和发布；
5、负责研发过程体系（CMMI相关流程）的持续优化和推广；
6、收集实施项目相关的改进建议、经验教训、***实践等。
岗位要求：
1、大学本科及以上学历、计算机相关专业；
2、3年以上软件相关经验，2年以上软件项目过程改进工作经验，熟悉项目过程改进的工作内容和工作方式；
3、熟悉CMMI模型，至少参加过一次完整的CMMI评估过程（CMMI Level3），有完整的过程改进实战成功经验；
4、熟悉敏捷开发等专业基础知识，具备较强的写作能力和沟通能力，较好的团队协作和分析总结能力，有较强责任心和抗压能力力，有较强责任心和抗压能力
