Main Tasks:

· Set up and manage the configuration management library.

· Responsible for the software configuration management related processes, such as version management, change management, branching strategies, baseline management and implementation.

· Responsible for continuous integration and smoke test solutions;

· Software configuration management procedure improvement and relevant training.

· Use CM tools(PTC/Git/SVN etc.) to store track and manage configuration items.

· Provide configuration baseline control throughout the lifecycle of highly complex information systems as well as component software and hardware elements.

· Maintains a broad knowledge of emergent trends in software development platforms tools methodologies and their underlying principles.

· Defines and manages the branching and merging process for the source code repositories Manages existing.

· Ensures that software products meet all prerequisites before releasing software to various environments.

Level (diploma) required:

- Bachelor or above in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related engineering area

Experience:

- 2+ years experience in software configuration management.

- Ability to work effectively within a global team.

Technical skills required:

- Strong practical experience in build processes, environments and SCM process;

- Experience in SCM tools like ClearCase, VSS, SVN, GIT, PTC, Jira etc.;

- Familiar with Redmine, Jenkins, Coverity and/or Klockworks;

- Familiar with CMM/CMMI/A-SPICE is preferred;

- Familiarity with Programming Language: Python, Shell and development experience is preferred;

- Good communication skills and team spirit;

Skills in relationship and management / leadership required:

- To be rigorous, autonomous and to manage the priorities

- To be able to work in a team with technicians/engineers

- Ability to achieve objectives with little direct support and to report the advancement

- Team spirit and self-motivated.

- Have strong will to learn and self-improvement
