Job Summary
Help Maintenance team to ensure facilities equipment running with high reliability.
Duties and Responsibilities
Implement energy saving continue improvement
Plant investment management to ensure project implementation on time in full
Key contributor to PM pillar in TPM activity
Strong support to production maintenance team
Trouble shooting contributor to production maintenance team based on his knowledge
Accept EHS training and know EHS requirements
Strictly follow EHS manual, procedure and work instruction to implement the relevant activities
Properly coach team to deal with the waste in production. Follow the corresponding procedure to dispose hazards
Plan and headcount, spending for maintenance section and control them
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor of science degree in Engineering with a minimum of 5 years directly related experience, at least 2 years as a Supervisor in manufacturing environment performing a maintenance role
Familiar with siemen wincc. beckhoff twinCAT. pliz plc. bocsh REXROTH welding control and drive systm ABB robots others profibus Ethernet hydraulic system pneumatic system ect
Knowledge in Facility engineering & maintenance ,good at computer is necessary
Project experience is required
TPM knowledge is required, familiar with C, C++, 8086, 8088, good PLC knowledge, familiar with SIEMENS PLC, WINCC, Simotion
High trouble shooting capability
Good communication skills by written and verbal English
Experience of high voltage power supply system, chiller, compressor is plus
Good communication skill and team spirit, and management ability

This position will adhere to Safety Program, including safety rules, practices and training as outlined in the Safety Policy Manual, which includes the use of equipment, protective devices, or clothing that the employer requires. This individual will work in manners that stress the importance of preventing accidents and illnesses. He/she must take every precaution reasonable in the given circumstance for the protection of themselves and coworkers. In addition, he/she is responsible for reporting all injuries and/or possible dangerous situations, incidents, or occurrences to the immediate supervisor.
