Job Summary

This position is to handle daily operation to meet customers’ needs, provide quality services and make sure no service failures occur

一、Scope and Accountability

1、Handle daily operations activities for customers

2、Achieve a high customer satisfaction rating

3、Provide suggestion for problem solving to meet customers satisfaction

4、Implement new customers’ requirements

5、Co-operate with service providers to solve local customs/trucking problems

6、Seek support from supervisor for final decision and approval

7、Daily support of supervisor for group operations including helping to cover

supervisor when he/she is not available.

8、Manage KEY/VIP accounts

二、Qualifications

1、College degree

2、Some experience in the transportation industry

3、Good command of both spoken/written English and Chineses

4、Attention to detail, pc skills, typing ability, customer focus

5、Shipping knowledge, understanding of customs regulations, ability to make presentations before audiences of 5 or more people
