职位描述
Role description The Project Assistant will be focusing on designing/implementing IT solution based on Microsoft Commercial Platforms to support enterprise's business needs. He/she needs to participate in the projects and manage set of project assignments, including owning and driving issues to resolution with business partners within the organization and with external vendors on time/on budget. He/she is also accountable to maintain the high application environment operability and provide support as needed.
Primary Responsibilities:
? Working with project stakeholders from business department to collect/understand business requirements
? Managing assignments within a project, creating tech management set of deliverables
? Collaborating with project peers on designing/implementing business solution on Microsoft Commercial Platform to meet business requirements
? Driving project/support issues within internal resources or external partners on issues resolution
? Working with Business Partners and Project Manager on defining/creating SLA & support process for the project implementation
? Providing technical support for the sales team as the Presales role.
? Communicating effectively and proactively with various stakeholders such as project manager/members/business partners
? Participating/Providing Knowledge Sharing within the organization
Qualification:
Must Have's:
? Bachelor Degree in Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Manage Information System, or closely related fields is preferred
? Above 3 years related working experience in Service Delivery experience for Microsoft Infrastructure Server Systems.
? Good knowledge of Windows Server 2003/2008 Operating System
? Good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory technology
? Good knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2007/2010/OCS 2007/Lync Server
? Basic understanding of Microsoft SharePoint Product
? Basic understanding of product life cycle
? Having good command of Microsoft Office 2007
? Good English communications skills, both oral and written.
? Good interpersonal skill and willingness to work in a project based team environment.
? Good initiative and flexibility
? Can work under pressure and multi-tasking situation
Nice to Have's:
? Microsoft SCCM/SCOM supporting/administration experience is preferred, but not mandatory
? Microsoft MDT experience is preferred, but not mandatory
