POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle all HR related issues targeted at all staff level, conduct HR activities from recruitment, remuneration, development, assignment, and retention to exiting;
• Responsible for HR recruitment, according to recruitment procedure to post advertisement in media, interview suitable candidates, complete probation evaluation, implement & improve recruitment procedure.
• Provide full spectrum of HR services such as recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and performance management system and etc.
• Conduct exit interview and generate turnover analysis report.
• Actively work with employees to optimize organization efficiency by delivering professional HR services and providing HR solution;
• Handle and execute HR related emergency cases and crises management;
• Responsible to introduce, establish, review and enhance HR policies, systems and procedures;
• Responsible for developing, implementing, and/or maintaining staffing and other personnel programs.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• 5 years experiences above with relevant experience in MNC or JV.
• Initiating action, taking prompt action to accomplish objectives; being proactive.
• People orientated with good communication skills
• Be good at time management, well managing one’s time according to the recruitment timetable, ensure work completed efficiently
• Good team player, developing and using collaborative relationships to accomplish team goals.
• Graduate from college or above.
• Fluent English both oral and written.
• Good PC knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office and Internet
