• Assist the Annual Performance Review process: arrange the training session, collect the performance review form, etc.
  
• Support the Office employee succession plan: help to analyze the record the high risk employees and update the talent pool of the high potential employees
  
• Training Plan support: help on the logistic of the training arrangement, management skill training, L&L, leadership programs and other trainings like LBrands Way or COC, etc.
  
• Support the TtT program
  
• Onboarding process tracking and optimization: work with Retail team to arrange the store attachment, coordinate the orientation meeting with different functional presenters
  

Employee Engagement

• AOS follow up: help to coordinate the AOS process, and analyze the report to find the key development area, follow up with the report provided by the different functions
  
• CSR support: help to organize the CSR activities, work with the NGO to follow up the result of the activity
  
• Follow the Thank You card Program and give a total participant report at the end of the year
  
• Office Buddy Program: execute the program, follow up with the new hires or the participants of the feedbacks of the program
  
• Star of LBrands Way and Long Service Year award nomination collection and follow up
  
• Town Hall preparation and organization
  
• Company news letter design
  

Campus Recruitment

• Support to connect with the university, coordinate the time, arrange the schedule and be in charge of the all the promotion materials
  
• Follow up with the Internship and Retail Trainee Program
  

Others

• Support the HC report every month
  
• Employee Exit process follow up and interview
  
• P-file collection
  
• Other Ad Hoc programs
