POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recruitment/Headhunter Service 招聘/猎头服务：根据客户的职位要求，搜索候选人，寻找合适的候选人，电话面试，目标潜在候选人，候选人的推荐等。日常汇报给招聘顾问。
• In each of the positions offered you have the opportunity to develop a relationships with a diverse pool of individuals and those companies that operate within industry segments that included general manufacturing, engineering and construction, chemical processing, resources and mining to name but a few.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Workplace experience is preferred preferably within industry or the services sector and recruitment experience is not essential. 有相关猎头/人力资源行业经验者优先考虑

We specialize in delivering Executive Search and Recruitment services to multinational clients, placing senior national staff in leadership positions across the Asia Pacific region.

What we need:
Due to expansion, we are currently seeking highly driven individuals to act as Recruitment Researchers/Talent Finders to help our clients recruit top caliber executives for their organizations. Working as a Recruitment Researcher/Talent Finder, located in either Shanghai or Beijing, (we have vacancies in both locations) the role encompasses working as part of a dedicated team comprising both Consultants and Researchers who are responsible for finding, evaluating and short listing candidates to fill exciting employment opportunities with our established client base.

What we want:
We are looking for ambitious individuals who are capable of delivering a high quality service to multinational clients. Applicants should be educated to degree level. Experience within recruitment, telesales or market research would be advantageous. A proven track record of ambition and achievement, self-confidence and good business acumen are essential.
