职责描述：

?        Provide onsite Level 2 support for all EMIT supported desktop and laptop users including home-based, remote and 3rd party user support. Services include hardware/software break fix, installs and moves, conference/training room setup, end-user training, onsite Smartcard administration and Remedy ticket dispatching.

?        Provide onsite support related to personal and/or LAN printers, Audio and Video devices used in the office environment. Covers onsite work related to hardware installation, support and trouble shooting.

?        Develop customer relationships with and provide consultation to company internal users.

?        Incident, problem and change management

?        Provide logistic support and coordinate work for onsite service contractor/vendor.

?        Liaise with internal IT team and global support teams as required for project support.

?        Ensure compliance with ExxonMobil security and control standards, and carry out control plans as required

Good English communication and customer service skills

？ Technical knowledge on general computing skills

？ Familiarity with general desktop application support and operations processes

？ Work independent and adaptable to changing priorities
