Job Responsibility:
Identify emerging gaming industry/technology trends and investment themes;
Work closely with internal and external partners to source potential deals and drive evaluation;
Lead cross function teams, including operational, legal and financial units, to manage deal process, such as conduct business analysis, due diligence, valuation, negotiation, prepare investment documents, and manage closing the whole deal process to ensure flawless execution;
Coordinate cross function teams in post deal management.

Job Requirement:
Master or MBA or other advanced degrees preferred;
At least 3 years work experience in PE, VC or investment banking;
Problem solving and analytic ability;
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical ability;
Enthusiasm for the Internet and/or gaming;
An effective team player.
