职位描述
岗位目标:
1、主要通过跨境渠道提高Thakral贸易品牌(音频、个人护理电子产品、小家电等)的销售和利润;
2、开拓并维护良好的客户关系。
主要职责:
1、确定各种跨境渠道的业务战略,实现销售目标;
2、与现有跨境渠道建立良好合作关系,开拓新渠道;
3、联合Thakral采购团队打通市场对产品和价格的需求,根据新的市场环境评估这些渠道的必要性。
岗位要求:
1、至少5年电商工作经验,3年跨境渠道经验;
2、有渠道开发及跨境渠道利润增长的成功案例;
3、有消费类电子产品或家电行业背景者优先;
4、本科学历优先;
5、与国内领先的跨境电商平台建立紧密联系,并对其运营模式有深入的了解;
6、普通话良好,英语作为加分项,会说粤语优先;
7、工作地点设在深圳、广州或上海。
Cross Border BD Manager
Objectives of the Role
1. Grow sales and profit of Thakral Trading Brands (audio, personal care electronics, small home appliance, etc) mainly in cross border channels
2. Develop and maintain good relationship with customers.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Define the business strategy with various cross border channels and achieve the sales targets
2. Establish good relations with existing cross-border channels and develop new partners
3. Liaise with Thakral buying team to feed into the market needs on products and prices; consider these partners’ needs relative to new market environment
Requirements:
1. Minimum of five years’ experience in E-Commerce, at least 3 years’ experience in cross border channels
2. Successful track record of channel development and growing profitable sales in Cross border channels
3. Industry background in consumer electronics or home appliances is preferred.
4. Bachelor’s degree is preferred
5. Strong connections with leading EC cross border platforms in China, and deep understanding of their operating models
6. Mandarin speaker, Good English ability is an advantage; Cantonese preferred.
7. Based in Shenzhen or Guangzhou or Shanghai
