JOB SUMMARY:

Manage the configuration, integration and administration of Finance information systems and technology for Universal Beijing Resort. Provide user, data, and technical support for SAP system as well as other Finance related systems (Time & Attendance, Collaborative Tools, etc.) working with the Finance and IT teams. Ensure appropriate system integrations to maximize Finance operational efficiencies and drive higher Team Member productivity.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provide technical assistance to support the daily FINANCE Operations, Payroll posting, financial transactions posting, FI Consultancy and other interrelated functions with new IT system. Serve as liaison between FINANCE, IT, external vendors and functional support teams as it relates to the support and administration of FINANCE technologies. · Manage projects associated with implementing new IT system as finance representative including drafting user requirements after liaison with corporate finance and UPR, participate in system demo and vendor evaluation, user testing and user training.

· Ensure that standard and ad hoc analysis and reporting developed by new IT system meets the needs of corporate finance and UPR for both pre-opening and operational stage; Work with various stakeholders including corporate finance and UPR to prepare general ledger structure in SAP system. Make sure information requirements and formats are defined, complexity of requests are evaluated, decisions made on how to best satisfy client requests, and relevant reports are developed. Responsible for FINANCE integrations and FINANCE metrics and analytics.

· Stay informed regarding key FINANCE systems technology and trends. Continuously benchmark best practices in FINANCE systems and reporting technology. Provide direction and training to Team Members on daily FINANCEIS functions such as user and systems support, security and reporting.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Information Systems, Finance Management or Business Administration required. Master’s degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE: 5 plus Years of experience in Finance IS Systems implementation, development, integration and administration required. SAP experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
