1. Strategy: Define the category sourcing strategy and align it with local Key stakeholders, procurement head and global category head. Concrete action plan to assure the category strategy be well deployed in China region.

2. Team: In charge of the daily operation in real estate and dedicated categories sourcing team. Build up team’s core competence and improve team’s efficiency. Enhance the professional skill with team together to assure the category sourcing operation smoothly with limited resource. Well support GSC China plants/DCs and SEC related offices operation.

3. Process: Improve and simply the sourcing operation process and project management process according to PES request.

4. Category Sourcing：Influence the procurement of goods and services to achieve the best possible negotiation result and insure the whole transaction operation process within the lead time. Conduct the bidding process and contract negotiation, ensure all transactions and activities are accurate and compliant with SOP. Improve the performance of supplier and optimize the vendor pool.

5. Compliance: 100% comply with global and China sourcing process and new initiative activities.

6. Satisfaction: Secure close communication with regional head and global category head to maintain alignment on strategy and operation. Organize the regular biz review with key stakeholders & end users through site visit and F2F communication activities. Contribute the add value and improve the service efficiency to achieve high-level satisfaction result.

7. Productivity: Assure the category sourcing productivity through the continued improvement projects and innovation activities. Streamline sourcing process to increase synergies by bundling of PR to reduce low value orders and increase savings.

8. Global Key Programs: Execute Global STEP 2.0 process, optimize the Supplier network, business orientation and maintain recommended suppliers’ list.

9. IFM Project: As one of core members of China IFM project team, assure the project is deployed in China smoothly.

10. Others: He/she takes and fulfils the additional tasks assigned by IP China head.

Bachelor degree in engineering, Commerce, supply chain management etc.;

5+ years’ business Indirect Procurement background is preferred;

3+ years’ procurement team management experience

Good communication, presentation, Data analytical skills;

Strong customer focus, relationship management with key stakeholders, persuasive, negotiating, proactive;

Good command of MS Office Tools (i.e. excel, ppt);

Team Work Spirit and “Can Do” Attitude;

Experience and success at working in teams and in cross functional roles

Fluent Chinese and English are required, both in written and verbal
