1. Demand Management

• Streamline the demand process to ensure maximize the value realization of business and IT strategy with limited capacity

2. Project, Program and Portfolio management & Risk Management

• Monitoring and control on ongoing projects and program, avoid variance to IT strategy
• Streamline the process and tools for risk identification
• Project management methodology standardization
• Improve overall organization project management level

3. Resource Management

• Ensure the productivity of China E.IT internal & external resource for IT project
• Capacity management
• Streamline the resource management process and tools

• Improve IT investment process, drive process standardization
• China E.IT cost management & quarterly business review supports

REQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• Familiar with demand management, resource management, project management, portfolio management and financial management
• Strong data and analytical skills and ability to presentation it
• Process oriented thinking and extremely detail oriented
• Familiar with various project management methodology
• Sense of financial and controlling
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good organization and communication skills
• Rich working experience in large IT project management is a plus

• Self-motivated, high sense of responsibility and personal integrity
• Customer service oriented with good team spirit
• Desirable education/experience: PMP/PMI certification
• Fluent oral and written language in English and Chinese Mandarin
