Title: Manager, China Talent Acquisition & Mobility

Report to: Director, Talent Acquisition & Mobility (TA&M)

Subordinates: 5-8


PURPOSE OF THE JOB


This position will be responsible for national-wide talent attraction related activities to ensure SE China is well positioned in the talent market. He/she will work closely with all BU/functions leaders and HRBP to build SE buy strategy, and attract right level talent to support business strategy deployment.

He/she need to work with TA&M central team to develop the digital & social media tools/platform to ensure SE TA&M team is well leading the innovation and creative channels & tools.

The position will also take lead part of the deployment of global employer branding programs, enhance SE image on talent market via improving candidate experience.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  1. Set
    strategy for meeting the recruiting demand for a large, complex part of
    the organization, for BU/function/entities, to ensure it is in line with
    the company’s business strategy
  2. Lead
    the daily recruitment and achieve high internal customer satisfaction
  3. Enhance
    TA&M fundamentals, including SLA, processes, policies and channels
  4. Manage
    and effectively deploy various assessment and selection tools to ensure
    all positions are filled with candidates qualified in terms of
    competencies and cultural/ motivation fit
  5. Manage
    various recruiting resources (internal /external) including search firms
    and web-based recruiting channels, internal referral programs, etc.
  6. Maintain
    an up-to-date talent pool and pipeline for critical roles
  7. Promote
    the company’s employer branding via daily recruitment, in the marketplace
    through all kind of channels, under global EVP themes

  1. Team engagement and management, to build a strong team culture of learning, caring and high performance.

  2. Participate regular business review on recruiting, branding, people and cost effectiveness

  3. Lead and/or participate in major HR projects


REQUIREMENT:


  1. Education: Bachelor degree and above

  2. Experience: 5+ years staffing experience plus 3 years staffing management experience in multi-national company, working experience in a sizeable business organization is desirable;
