Be responsible for project management contains project plan, communication with customer, insure finical KPIs, delivery on time and quality.

Leading project team to implement project execution plan from technical perspective, including system specification, design, implementation, integration & deployment.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure the delivery of each project milestone to be aligned with customer’s expectation on specification, schedule and quality.

- Understand and analyze the customer business needs and challenges

- Make sure the design, development and testing work is in accordance with the procedure and standard of SE Smart Manufacturing Solution Service.

- Independently lead system architecture design and Software & Hardware solutions development, and actively resolve any issue and risk happened during project implementation.

- Participate in key project meetings (design reviews, scope reviews, status reviews, etc.) to verify overall project status; provide coaching and support to assigned team members.

- Help to drive SE project methodology within project team and ensure the adoption of SE methodology by every team member during whole project cycle.

- Explore new Eco-Struxure solution / product / technology and new industry field; share knowledge and project experience with team members; be qualified trainer for training courses.

- Support on proposal validation and labor estimation during pre-sale phase

- Comply with all relevant SE policies and procedures

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Automation

- Minimum 4 years of previous experience in MES or SCM solution design and implementation for complex projects (SCADA/MIS/MES automation software projects)

- Above 2 years project management working experience

- Rich business knowhow of MES or SCM or HMI in process and/or discrete manufacturing industry

- Working experience in Discrete, Automotive, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Metal, Water, Energy or Food & Beverage would be a plus

- Familiar with .NET (C# B/S Architecture) or Java and related technologies.

- Familiar with computers and networking.

- Exceptional customer service and good communication skills.

- Bilingual language skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

- Able and willing to work in site project environment

- Working under pressure.

- Teamwork.
