工作职责：

1. 负责追踪和了解国家药品最新法规和指南，为公司其它部门提供法规支持，为公司决策提供建议；

2. 负责制订产品注册项目计划，实施并负责产品注册及咨询事务，包括新产品注册、已上市产品的资料变更等相关工作；

3. 负责公司产品注册申报资料的翻译审核、撰写、修改等工作，确保资料及信息合规，实时跟踪产品注册进程，确保按时获证；

4. 负责注册过程中与审评部门的沟通协调、问题的收集及答复；

5. 负责与总部就注册问题进行有效的沟通和协调；

6. 负责完成领导安排的其他事项。

任职资格:

1. 药学、制药工程或医学等相关专业毕业，本科及以上学历，5年以上医药产品注册管理与实施经验；

2. 熟悉并掌握药品管理及注册等相关法规及技术指导原则；

3. 熟悉药品注册申报流程和各个环节，熟悉申报资料的撰写及具有对申报资料审核的能力，能够独立编纂产品注册申报相关的技术资料；

4. 具有较强的英语听、说、读、写能力；

5. 具备较强的问题分析、判断解决能力；

6. 较强的药品注册信息检索和分析调研能力，良好的项目运作能力；

7. 具有良好的沟通能力与协调能力，具有独立解决突发情况的经验与能力；

8 . 性格开朗，具备高度的责任感和良好的团队合作精神；

9. 有进口注册经验者优先考虑
