We are looking for an experienced PCB hardware designer who are expected to be a good team player and as a key contributor to the hardware development team.

Responsibilities:

? Works with EE & ME engineering teams to define the hardware board structure, PCB Stack-up

? Work closely with different hardware function to for proper board/FPC/Module PCB placement and layout design

? Create, edit and revise component placements, routing, board outlines, and constraints as needed for high performance design

? Work with EEs, MEs, DFM engineers and PCB vendors to optimize design layout.

? Own the responsibility of creating final design packages including executing DRC checks and generation of fabrication and assembly documentation.

? Support comprehensive design reviews and DFM feedback

? Implement new PCB technologies and processes for the PCB Design Team

Qualifications:

? Bachelor degree in electronics engineering

? 5+ years of relevant work experience with Circuit board layout design

? Hands-on with HDI, FPC board layout in mobile phone, tablet, Laptop or STB industry

? Experienced with constraints, importing netlist

? Experienced with Allegro PCB Design, ORCAD Capture CIS

? Hands-on with high speed and impedance controlled multilayer PCBs.

? Knowledge of Component Library management, Component footprint Creation necessary

? DFM review and implementation, generating Gerber files and preparing packages for release

? PCB manufacturing knowledge is a must

? Good communication and reporting
