职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责售后服务，包括现场设备维护、故障解决，技术咨询及技术支持；
2、指导客户正确使用产品、介绍相关知识并收集整理客户的反馈信息；
3、负责售后产品质量跟踪，对出现的产品质量问题进行分析和统计；及时向质量管理部门反馈；
4、收集、统计售后服务信息，顾客满意度调查统计工作。
5、协助或负责公司产品说明书的修订、产品培训、演示方案编写等。
任职要求：
1、机械相关专业中专以上学历；有电工证；
2、3年以上技术支持等相关工作经验；有现场安装工作经验；
3、熟练使用Auto-CAD等3D制图工具；
4、具备良好的表达能力、优秀的沟通协调能力和良好的客户服务意识
5、有敬业精神，良好的团队合作精神，能承受较强的工作压力。
