MAIN PURPOSE

The main purpose of the position is to coordinate & implement Customer Service Standard in Jaeger-LeCoultre

 to entrench a “Customer 1st” culture for the brand, to improve our customer service level.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.       Ensure implementation and understanding of Jaeger-LeCoultre SAV policies throughout all the channels including retail, wholesale and Ecommerce.

2.       Work with CS platform to ensure customer service KPI are well achieved, monitor and intervene into process improvement, bi-monthly meeting reviewing with CS platform.

3.       Detect and track repair cases in risk, proactively prevent customer claims, via weekly repair order alert report for potential risks. Build up new template for wholesale repair order tracking.

4.       Contact window for oversea SAV cases.

5.       Assist retail with spare parts & SAV tools ordering and tracking (if shortage).

6.       In-time quality feedback report to MJLC.

7.       Intervene and propose commercial gestures to deal with customer claims, but within cost and legal frame.

8.       Liaise with CRC, CRM and watchmakers teams to prioritize special cases.

9.       (Liaise with CS platform to ) Conduct SAV related training for new opening POS.

10.    Participate in and share inputs during Gemini CS related sessions as a key user.

COMPETENCY REQUIRED:

·       2- 3 years’ Customer Service related  Experience

·       Good communication and interpersonal skills

·       Problem-solving

·       Customer focus

·       Fluent in oral and written English
