Job Summary

Based on customers request, to improve and create new product function, appearance and quality using current design methods in order to satisfy industry production needs. Provide expertise and leadership for product definition, development and execution.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities

1.According to PLUS, apply design principles dealing with following relationship of production seating: form and color, structure and function, engineering parts and material, appearance and craftsmanship, seat and occupant, seating and whole interior environment design. To combine all these considerations into integrated seating design.

2.To provide the overall theme of seating

3.To design trim and other relative plastic parts.

4.To provide ideation on function, craftsmanship and comfort of seating.

5.To make improvement and creation on seating ergonomics.

6. To present creative proposals of seating design for customer in professional and effective ways.

7.Undertakes the company to be connected the BOS document as well as the TS16949/OHSAS18000/ISO14000 standard request management responsibility, guarantees the BOS document the effective movement, and unceasingly consummates in the BOS document in the department the related procedure and the application.



Qualifications and Requirements

Education: Bachelor Degree or Equivalent, Major in Industrial Design.

Experience:At least 2 years relative working experience.

Other Skills:Action and deeds accord with Company Value. Good command of English skills. Passionate to be creative and willing to be a team player. Should grasp and use the quality requirement as followed: Proficient sketch skills, quick rendering skills with marker pen; Corel draw, Painter, Photoshop, Alias; Sketchbook; 2D design software skill: 3D curved surface modeling software skill.
