Company Profile
Our client is the leading German exhaust system manufacturer in the market
Major Accountability:
Oversees and optimizes the resources for the new development projects between customer and internal corporate departments. He/she reports all extraordinary incidents to the management without delay and the status of projects and the measures taken in the event of identification of any deviations from the planned schedule to the Head of R&D at regular intervals.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the feasibility checks of the development projects including verifications of functional/requirement specifications, risks assessment, costs estimations & evaluations, instigation of reusability analyses of current materials, vendors and suppliers solicitation and management;
2. Control project plan, timeline, process and costs;
3. Liaise and coordinate internal resources to achieve the pre-set targets;
4. Communicate and negotiate with customers for the compliance of the project plans;
5. Optimize the resources to enhance the productivity of projects development plans;
6. Manage personnel assigned to the projects and collaborate with parties concerned.
Requirements:
1. Tertiary or higher educated major in Mechanical or Auto Engineering or its equivalent disciplines;
2. Proven project management experience in manufacturing in China preferably in automotive industry or its related sectors with exposure to precision metal work or sheet metal forming and assembly to equipment and heavy machinery;
3. Fluent in English and Chinese
4. Distinct awareness of intercultural differences, assertiveness, team player and strong attention to details.
5. Asian Chinese and Mainland Chinese candidates will be considered to this position.
