职位描述

工作目的:

1 通过采用和贯彻适当的销售/电话销售策略,带领所负责的销售/电话销售团队达到制定的销售目标。

2 管理销售团队并确保团队的高效率运行以及上下级间关系。


主要职责:

1 推广邓白氏品牌以及新的线上商务平台产品来积极累计客户资源。

2从新签客户或现有客户名单里拓展商业机遇,并成功通过电销售渠道完成销售合同的签订。

3 负责合同的前期准备工作,合同签订,并协助付款跟进流程。

4 负责/参与销售团队内的人员招聘管理,团队维护及发展,从而从公司层面提升员工敬业度及工作参与度。

5 提升团队各成员的KPI的流程制定及管理来确保团队高销售业绩。


岗位要求:

1 大学本科学历

2 至少共5年从事电销/直销工作经验,并包含2年团队管理经验。有电子商务类行业B2B销售经验优先。

3 善于沟通并有创新精神,高度执行力。

4 有上进心,以结果为导向的工作思维, 抗压力强

5 英文读写能力强,口语较好。


PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
- To achieve the sales target being assigned by successfully adopting and implementing appropriate sales/telesales tactics among the sales/telesales team he/she is leading.
- To manage the sales team and ensure the operation being run productively in high compliance standard.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Promote D&B brand & the new Trade Portal product line to target customers aggressively.
- Explore business opportunity from new or given target customers, and obtain sales contract mainly through telesales approach.
- Carry out contract preparation, contract signing and assist in payment collection activity.
- Recruit, maintain and grow the talent within the sales team, to ensure high engagement level through superior leadership.
- Implement series of KPI management instrument in order to achieve high level of sales productivity.
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
- College degree
- Minimum 5 year working experience in Telesales or Sales; 2 year team leader experience. Experience in B2B & e-Commerce industry is preferable.
- Persuasive and creative. Determined and strong in execution.
- Self-motivated, Result-oriented, willing to work under pressure
- Able to read and write in English, some degree in speaking English.
