Purpose of the position:

1. Support sales team and distributors

3. Participate to technical seminar with sales team

Key Job Responsibilities /Activities:

1. 项目售前支持/ Pre-sales support

- 技术交流、标书制作、技术方案制作、产品测试评估意见等/ Technical seminar, bidding document, technical proposal etc.

2. 销售人员及用户培训/ Training to sales and customer

- 产品培训/ Product training

3. 技术资料及销售工具的制作/ Tech.document and sales tools

- 产品技术说明、解决方案、选型资料、竞争对比资料等/ Product explanation, technical solution, Product selection, product comparing.

4. 市场营销支持/ Marketing sales support

- 产品宣传资料审核、路演、发表技术文章等/ Catalogue, roadshow, technical document etc.

5. 客户需求分析及反馈/ Customer needs feedback

- 用户对产品的需求及需求变化的分析及反馈/ Feedback analysis

6. 市场反馈/ Marketing feedback

- 竞争对手产品现状及变化的反馈及分析/ Competitors analysis and feedback

7. 合理化建议/ Suggestion

- 有利于公司运作、产品销售的合理化建议/ Suggestion to company and product

Requirements:

1. 5年以上电源行业技术工作经验/ 5 years technical working experience in power industry

2. 熟练使用办公软件及CAD绘图软件/ Familiar with CAD and office software

3. 对新技术有极高的热情/ High passion to new technology

4. 大学本科或以上学历/ Bachelor degree or above

5. 严谨的工作作风/ Good working attitude

6. 良好的表达能力和沟通技巧/ Stronge communication skill
