工作职责:

1. Manage internal/external financial reporting package for 10+ Wuxi Diagnostic legal entities including CAYMAN, US, HK and China. Ensure the compliance with US GAAP .

？ Monitor the preparation of entity level financial reports and conduct the consolidation for group WuXi Diagnostic in terms of US GAPP ;

？ Effectively manage G/L daily operation, including bookkeeping, payment review, expense management and cash management etc.;

？ Build up and optimize WXDX financial policy and process

？ Conduct and enforce internal control/compliance of WXDX

？ Work as key coordinate for external auditors.

？ Provide financial support for Pre-IPO

2. Proactively support IT team to implement financial ERP module go life . better

3. Accelerate Lean Operation Execution /New Business Modeling / M&A

？ Work closely with Operation/ICL to drive sustainable growth like material saving and TAT improvement.

？ Participant in new business development and M&A activity

任职资格:

1. Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA/ACCA is a plus.

2. 5+ year’s finance experience in reporting and accounting area, with 2+ years relevant management experience. Experience in Big 4 or MNC are desirable.

3. Proficient in both CAS and US GAAP. .

4. Strong in system implementation, accounting process optimization and change management control.

5. Self-motivated and takes initiative to solve problems and improve processes.

6. Experience in Hyperion and Oracle J.D.Edward system is a plus.
