职位描述
· Making cold calls, telephone prospecting, customer visit
· Driving and identifying customers’ need
· Preparing sales proposal
· Making face-to-face presentations
· Closing valid contracts
· Offering and organizing training to customers
· Renewing contracts
· Maintaining customer relationship
Requirement:
· University Degree
· 3 years of excellence in marketing and sales in global company.
· Professional communication and presentation skills in Chinese, English is optional.
· Interpersonal and intercultural communication skills
· Initiative, co-operative, aggressive and result oriented.
· Good telesales skill, and customer-oriented
· Matured, patient, proactive and self-motivated
工作内容
- 通过电话、拜访、等多种方式开发和维护企业客户。
- 挖掘并追踪潜在客户,深度了解分析客户需求,积累客户资源,完成每月销售指标。
- 根据客户需求,提供相应的销售方案;
- 把握销售机会点,与客户达成合作意向、签单,完成销售任务
- 组织相关培训,解答客户关于产品知识的提问与咨询
- 合同的更新和维护
职位要求
- 本科及以上学历
- 3年左右外企销售及市场拓展类相关经验
- 良好的沟通能力以及销售演讲技巧
- 以结果为导向,积极主动,有耐心及良好的协作能力
- 能够以客户需求为出发点,具备优秀的销售沟通能力
