Position Information

An ideal candidate will have good leadership skills, solid engineering fundamentals, technology curiosity and a strong desire to learn and collaborate. As a key contributor to the product development team, you will work to identify the best technical solutions, leveraging existing technologies or integrating new technologies into the product.

Responsibilities:

? Work with product manager team to define features and verify performance

? Evaluate and select the key components and technology building blocks for product concept

? Architect, design, and integrate high performance products solutions

? Interact with Engineering leads from various disciplines

? Converting concepts into technical requirements and the associated product system level tradeoffs

? Lead the hardware overall product development hardware electrical/mechanical activities including concepting, development

? Drive the cross function activities to achieve the goal

Qualifications:

? Master degree in electronics engineering

? 10+ years of experience of hardware product development, project management

? Familiar with major phone or tablet chipset or SoC, DDR, eMMC, Display, Camera sensors, etc.

? Experience with the common protocols such as USB, Ethernet, SDIO, I2C, I2S, TDM, SPI, MIPI and understand the SI requirements

? System architecture experience or HW product development manager experience

? Experience with wireless systems [BT, W-Fi, and the related interference problems]

? Experience with the product development process including hardware, mechanics, testing and certification

? Strong communication skills, including the ability to concisely explain complex issues to non-experts.
