长沙招聘

· Process import/export operation with Customs/CIQ and related government organization according to the laws and company policy;

· Prepare and collect customs documentations as required timely;

· Work with Customs Broker/forwarder to ensure reality & accuracy of Custom declaring and good delivery service as schedule;

· Maintain accurate records as required by China Laws; Communication with Customs/CIQ or other government organization if required.

· Provide guidance and assistance to other departments within the local organization;

· Arrange domestic inland transport, working closely with Function team members to support the business requirement;

Quickly respond to Government regulations change and take actions accordingly;

· Other tasks plus any other responsibilities as assigned by management.

任职要求：

· With 2+ years working experience in import & export/Customs & CIQ affairs;

Good in Excel and other Microsoft office software;

· Good English skill and Familiar with SAP is preferred;

· Responsibility and carefulness;

· Open minded and team work spirit / Service awareness;

· Willingness to learn and Perfect ego;

· Good presentation and communication skills (written and verbal) to various levels of the organization.
