职位描述
支持销售部北大区日常事务，辅助大区内各类团建活动、学术会议等行政支持；
根据销售部的要求，及时、准确汇总和提交区域内各类报表；
根据区域既定销售预算，进行内部控制和报销单预审；
整理收集区域内工作文件并存档，包括报表、学术资料、文献等；
负责北京办行政工作，包括快递信件收发、传真文件收发、节日布置等；
完成区域销售总监安排的其他工作。
1 本科以上学历，文秘、管理类专业，医药相关专业优先考虑；
2 一年以上工作经验，医药行业相关工作经验者优先考虑；
3 良好的语言表达与沟通能力、逻辑能力和协调能力；
4 工作认真细致，能够承受较强的工作压力，具备良好的团队合作精神，有责任心；
5 为人诚实，讲诚信，正向思维，高度的工作主动性；
6 熟练使用office办公软件，其中Excel能熟练运用函数，数据筛选，数据透视表等功能。
