职位描述
岗位职责：
1、依据公司家用个护美容仪器业务运营战略，独立负责公司美容仪器的线下渠道开拓工作，对公司整体的线下销售业绩负责；
2、协同线上运营部门，负责搜集、汇总并分析客户反馈、线下店面反馈等市场数据；
3、对华北区域及渠道的回款情况进行跟踪、监控及督促。
任职要求：
1、3年以上化妆品行业线下渠道开发、维护工作经验，熟悉高端美容美妆产品的基本常识；
2、了解O2O/B2B/B2C操作模式，有成熟的线下CS、KA、经销商等渠道资源；
3、卓越的商务拓展能力，优秀的沟通谈判能力，为人诚信有耐心，对工作认真负责。
