岗位职责：
1、为新员工创建账号，为离职员工删除账号
2、定时观察IT工作单系统，处理新生成的工作单
3、按照规定的时间完成相关工作订单，确保所有的工作都被录入到IT工作单系统中
4、接听中文IT技术支持热线，通过电话或者面对面的方式为用户解决问题
5、处理简单的用户问题，故障和请求，涉及电脑，电话，视频设备等硬件，软件，操作系统，远程连接，网络等相关问题配置，安装，修复用户的设备（例如打印机）及配件故障，或联系硬件供应商予以维修负责IT设备的采购
6、负责IT设备的采购

任职要求：
1、计算机或相关专业大学本科或专科
2、解决电脑软硬件故障的基本知识，有能力通过网络搜索或者咨询其他团队成员来解决问题
3、中高级的微软Office办公软件使用技巧(Word，Excel，PowerPoint，Outlook)
4、按照指定的优先级安排工作
5、良好的沟通技巧和英语读写能力
6、1-3年IT服务桌面或PC支持经验，熟悉Win7

加分项：
1、熟悉联想Think台式机及ThinkPad笔记本电脑
2、掌握Windows系统知识，例如DHCP，DNS，活动目录等
3、相关微软Office 365的知识
