A11-Technical Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

- Able to prioritise the information and keep incoming inquiry together into the database

- Answer dealer's technical inquiry through PRMS in time

- Request PAG support through all available system

- Internal technical support within PCN and update PPN portal information

- On site support for technical issue using a structured approach in anticipating and resolving problems

- Teach technician the correct way of diagnosis and analysis

- Flexible approach to working and wiling to travel

- Demonstration of using special tool and equipment

- Prepare and implement the technical forum

- Present the forum and direct the topics

- Collection the case and do the training and translation

- Seeks opportunities to build positive relationships with dealer contacts

- Effectively identifies issues that may effect other areas of the business

- Communicates effectively with multiple departments and act as liaison for technical issues.

- Actively supports all areas of the business.

- Aids colleagues within and outside the Technical department.

- Provide technical data to Front Desk

- Cooperate Front desk on case analysis

- Build good relationship with LDs and collect necessary information to FD

Requirements:

- Educated to a degree level or equivalent experience (desirable)

- PC skills-Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Access (desirable)

- Excellent trouble shooting skills (essential)

- Good english communication, writing and reading skill

- Previous customer relations experience preferred

- Experienced Automotive Technician 5 years at least, Porsche experience prefered

- Experience of accurate diagnosis & logical problem solving

- Positive mental attitude

- Experience of working to challenging targets and tight deadlines
