职位描述

岗位职责:

To achieve the agreed monthly and annual objectives set by line manager
完成主管设定的月度和年度目标。
? To call on and render the quality services on customers assigned regularly according to the call plan
根据拜访计划,定期拜访所负责的客户,为客户提供优质的服务。
? To ensure maximum facing and display in best position of the Company’s core brands in all outlets in assigned areas
确保公司核心品牌在所负责的门店的获得最佳陈列位置及最充足的曝光呈现。
? To ensure the listing of the Company’s core brands in all outlets
确保所负责的所有门店都销售公司核心品牌。
? To explore new potential outlets for further development of the Company’s core brands
为公司核心品牌的进一步发展寻求新的潜在门店。
? To monitor and report the retail price management in all outlets to management
监控并向管理层汇报所有门店的零售价格信息。
? To monitor and report the competitors’ activities including pricing, promotions and organizational changes to the management
监控并向管理层汇报竞争对手的活动,包括价格,促销和组织变动。
? To provide efficient feedback to the management on all relevant trade information
向管理层提供所有相关生意信息的有效反馈。
? To ensure promotions are carried out efficiently and effectively within budget
确保促销在预算内及时有效地进行。
? Other jobs assigned by line manager.

任职资格:

Education: Degree/Diploma in Business/Marketing or related disciplines
教育:商业/市场营销或者相关专业的学位/文凭

Languages: Good Chinese & English (preferred) communication skills
语言:良好的中英文沟通能力,最好也有良好的英语沟通能力

Professional experience & know how:1 to 3 years with FMCG company
专业经验:1-3年快速消费品公司的工作经验

Understanding of marketing and finance
了解市场营销和财务

Knowledge of imported wines and spirits
了解进口葡萄酒和烈酒的知识

Technical & management skills:
