职位描述
To ensure that staffing objectives fit evolving business objectives. Drives proactive recruitment strategies and performs full lifecycle
recruiting for a broad range of management, professional, and hard to fill roles
? Source candidates by utilizing a variety of recruitment strategies and techniques, including: online resume databases, job fairs,
advertising, college recruitment, professional associations, networking, and recruitment agencies.
? Manage candidates throughout the hiring process. Conduct telephone screens and in?person interviews to assess candidates overall
qualifications and skill sets.
? Develop effective recruitment strategies that generate qualified applicants for open positions
? Manages recruitment resources including external partners/agencies and provides direct sourcing activity in a cost effective and
efficient way.
? Work on recruitment planning, screening as well as follow up meetings after interviews with the candidates.
? Creates and facilitates a robust selection process. Screens, interviews, and recommends candidates to hiring managers, partners with
HR in the development of the salary offer and manages all candidate correspondence
? Provides analysis of industry recruitment activity and trends to enable Theorem to keep a pulse on the external market
? Works with HR Business Partners to ensure that all reference and background checks are completed on applicants
