1. Overall plan develop, organize and carry out the annual, quarterly and monthly training plan according to the business needs, development requirements and employee training needs;

2. Designs, implements and facilitates Knowledge Management/ Learning & Development programs (coaching, mentoring, training);

3. Drive for employee engagement by effectively Lead Employee Relation and Communication programs;

4. According to the actual operation of the company and training, to develop a sound policy and process of training. manage, set, procure materials/ equipment required for training;

5. Build training agenda and work with purchasing department to select qualified vendors.

6. Other ad-hoc tasks requested by the manager

7. The incumbent reports directly to HR Director

Requirement:

1. At least 5 years corporate training experience is a must

2. Strong project management skills ,coordination ,overall planning, reports ability;

3. Strong upward /downward/ Horizontal communication skills: Good English writing skills and daily English communication skills; Inter departmental communication skills;

4. Familiar with business, inspire others, strong executive ability and result oriented;

5. Having experience in fortune 500 or MNCs which are well-known for its talent development practices

6. Flexible, open and high-motivation in delivering result

7. Strong communication skills, capable of sorting out key messages and needs from "noise”
