We’re a renowned American apparel brand with strong heritage and is looking for a dynamic candidate to join our ecommerce team. This is a diverse and hands on role which allows the right candidate to focus on various aspects on growing and managing the ecommerce business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist E-Commerce Manager to develop and manage multiple ecommerce platforms (Tmall and other marketplaces) in Greater China
• Work with different parties to ensure the delivery of accurate web content in a timely manner including storefront design, product shots, product information, promotion, stock levels
• Manage different KPI’s and contribute ideas to improve the business
• Plan out the website update schedule and prepare design briefs for graphic designer to produce on-brand graphics
• Work closely with the Buying Team to prepare for key retail periods – season launches, sale and promotions
• Partner with marketing team to formulate digital marketing plan to improve website traffic and conversion rate
• Proactively conceptualize and execute promotion ideas
• Liaise with warehouse and 3rd party partner to ensure the delivery standard is met
• Utilize site metrics tracking tools to generate business intelligence reports
• Source for online packaging and GWP items from vendors
• Assist customer service team to provide and maintain excellent customer and after-sales service

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree holder preferably in MIS / E-Business / Marketing or other related disciplines
• At least 2-3 years relevant experience in SEM, SEO, affiliates marketing, email marketing, displayed advertising, and social media and any other ROI driven media programs for eCommerce sites especially for China market (Tmall and other marketplaces)
• Knowledge in image processing, graphic design is a plus
• Well organized, efficient and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills, analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to take initiative and negotiate creative solutions
• Good command of English and Mandarin
