JOB DESCRIPTION

A. Job Title: Commercial Learning Assistant—Learning System Management (LSM)

Location: Shanghai

Report to: Director, Commercial Learning

B. Position Objective

Commercial Learning Assistant (LSM) is responsible for Learning System daily operation management. Success in this role depends on a candidate’s ability to balance multiple requests from the different learning teams, prioritize requests based on business needs, communicate clearly and effectively, and provide excellent customer support. The candidate must be adept at managing change and working with different team in the learning organization.

• Set up and update commercial learning system operation management SOP timely
• MRC Test Management
• RDPAC MRC cost management (PO management, etc.)
• Cross function communication
• Support CL Projects (Advanced Product, Brand Faculty, New PSR Onboard learning, New DSM Sailing System, Skillfitness, Digital learning platform, etc.)
• myLearning Administration (upload online learning courses, record attendance, etc.)
• Use different Systems for Daily work (Quickbase, MSD Intranet, eFlow, SDA, Zarca Survey, etc.)

C. Duties and Responsibilities

Education / Professional Certificate

• Required: Bachelor’s degree

Working Experience

• Required: Minimum of 1 years of experience in healthcare industry
• Preferred:

ü Critical thinking and problem solving skills, as well as customer-orientation, team working and collaboration, continuous self-learning & development.

ü Strong in communications, presentation and interpersonal skills

ü Good at focus prioritization

ü Good English understanding & written communication skill.

ü Affluent Microsoft office and other related software applications.
