职位描述 (Job Descriptions):

1.Assure production cell and operators to meet EHS requirement

2. Responsible for optimizing the process to improve productivity and product quality continuously

3.Evaluate and apply suitable engineering techniques to solve production problems

4.Standardize production process, purchase and improve tooling, fixtures and equipment

5.Create and maintain documentation on existing working process in accordance with quality systems

6.Train operators based on WIs, provide technical support on RMA analysis and repairing

7.Assist design team with engineering change issue and customized product

8.Support sourcing team on material qualification

9.Establish and implement health and safety policy and procedures, recommend changes to working processes and conditions so that all employees have a safe and healthy working environment and the organization complies with all current and future regulations and laws

10.Product design change with supporting analysis (PCR)

11.Product document working knowledge of (model matrix, GSS, KCD, KWD, etc.)

12.Root cause analysis of defects in machine /component/parts

13.Trouble shooting Test Stations issues with machine or components

14.Work with Radford team to implement design change

15.Machine/component/part qualification support

16.Lead a cost reduction/quality improvement project

17.Trouble shooting and knowledge support to other engineering teams

职位要求(Job Requirements):

1.Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering or similar

2.Minimum 3 years working experience in mechanical manufacturing company (not necessary)

3.Familiar with process and document on product manufacturing

4.Good oral and written English level

5.Good command of MS office tools and CAD

6.R&D or project management related knowledge is preferred (not necessary)
