岗位职责：

1. 能够独立、准确、及时地完成交办的各项工作，为项目的良好运作提供专业技术支持；

2. 保持良好的团队意识及主动协作精神，能够与公司其他部门及各位同事保持良好的工作协作；

3. 通过平时接触各方面的造价专业工作，增加在专业服务方面的知识和经验。


任职要求：

1. 造价管理、工程管理等相关专业重点本科及以上学历；

2. 具有手算钢筋基础并会使用广联达软件；

3. 大学英语四级以上水平；

4. 具有良好的语言表达能力及沟通能力；

5. 人品正直、责任心强，具备良好的敬业精神和职业道德；

6. 具有造价员资格证者优先。
