主要职责：

1. 领导出纳团队，对其日常工作进行管理和监督。

2. 管理银行收付事宜，包括外汇收付、核销和开具信用证等。

3. 管理员工报销，保证报销及时、合规。及时处理员工投诉，保证员工满意度。

4. 审核现金和银行存款流水账，并准备相关现金流量分析。

5. 协助资信总监对公司现金流进行分析和预测，为资金管理提供建议和策略。

6. 贯彻实施公司的相关内部控制政策，如银行账户管理，票据管理，以及网上银行的相关控制流程等。

7. 保持和银行以及公司内外各方的良好沟通和协调，及时解决工作中出现的问题。

岗位要求：

1. 会计或相关专业大学本科学历；

2. 三年以上出纳工作经验，具备相关领域主管/经理岗位经验者优先；

3. 有较强的沟通、协调能力和一定的员工管理能力；

4. 有良好的职业操守，工作细心，责任心强，能够承受一定工作压力；

5. 熟悉外汇业务操作，英语读写能力较强；

6. 能熟练使用OFFICE等办公软件；

7. 熟悉网银操作程序者优先，通晓上海话者优先。

Responsibilities:

1. Lead subordinates of cashier team, supervise and review their daily work.

2. Manage all the bank transactions, such as foreign exchange transactions & related verification, and management for letter of credit, etc..

3. Overview staff reimbursement and ensure timely payment and internal control compliance. Handle the complaints on reimbursements, and balance customer satisfaction with policy compliance.

4. Review cash and bank journal and prepare group level cash flow analysis.

5. Assist senior treasury director to prepare cash flow forecast, and support treasury strategies.

6. Implement company internal control policy on cashier and treasury process, including bank account control, voucher control, and e-banking control process, etc..

7. Keep good communication with key stakeholders, such as banks. Handle ad-hoc issues per management requirements.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Accounting major or equivalent;

2. Over 3 years cashier work experiences, management experience on related area is a plus;

3. Good communication and coordination skills are required, basic people management skills are needed;

4. The candidate should have good business ethics, be patient and careful, and can work under pressure;

5. Familiar with the handling of foreign exchange transactions, good English reading and writing skill is a must;

6. Familiar with Microsoft Office;

7. Experience of e-banking process is a plus. Shanghainess speaker is recommended.
