Job Purpose
Responsible for meeting sales targets (orders & shipments) for assigned RA products and services within nominated accounts as well as coach the assigned team of Account Managers in order to meet their sales goals.
KPI (Key Performance Indicator)
Achievement of team target included % Growth of assigned account package and Order/Shipment Target.
Key Responsibilities
DO
? Coach team of Account Managers on sales processes, account planning and engagements to meet team sales targets.
? Participate sales calls to support team member for key account/opportunities.
? Make comprehensive sales plan for the assigned accounts.
? Lead Account Manager team to achieve business growth in specific accounts to meet sales target.
? Make daily sales call with Account Manager in assigned accounts.
? Analyze, identify, and create customer needs for RA products and leverage RA resources to meet customer needs.
? Develop prospect lists for sales opportunities.
? Maintain active funnel to satisfy sales targets.
? Qualified, follow through and close the qualified sales opportunities for assigned accounts.
? Build up and maintain favorable relationships and satisfaction with assigned customers.
? Work closely with RA channel partners during the keep, find, and close process.
OVERSEE
? Monitor and execute “keep-find-close” activities of each Account Managers.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE
? Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Automation, Instrument or related field
? 5 years relevant sales experience or equivalent training
? Result oriented and driving capability
? Good communications
? Team player
