职位描述
Purpose: Build the adidas Group University function across Asia Pacific to ensure a strong pipeline of entry level (undergraduate) and leadership (masters) talent within the organization across university recruitment, program management (intern, trainee), university partnerships and governance across the region. Oversee university recruiters, and partner with functional recruiters on end to end campus recruitment.
Key Recruiting Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Identify opportunities to continuously evolve the overall university recruiting process and employer branding efforts. Develop programs and strategies that allow the adidas Group to showcase ourselves as a top employer and deliver high quality experiences and interactions with university students and grads.
- Coaches and trains team on key aspects of the overall recruitment process to ensure a high level of execution. Drive the entire recruitment process including requisition approval, hiring manager briefing, job advertising, candidate sourcing, application review, candidate screening, interview strategy and offer process.
- Leads efforts to implement changes in policies, standards, systems and processes within area of responsibility.
- Apply and adapt broader talent acquisition strategies (employer branding, internal recruiting, diversity, etc.) within your designated function and market.
- Utilize recruitment systems effectively following key standards, documenting key actions, recommending improvements and ensuring all data is accurate for reporting purposes.
- Act as an internal and external facing representative of the adidas Group and our talent acquisition team at in-person and virtual recruiting events.
- Work with HR and Talent Management to carry out an operational demand management process (Talent Acquisition Planning) to identify future talent needs.
Program Management
- Develop and implement program design for the adidas internship program aligned to global standards.
- Identify opportunities to continuously evolve the internship program and deliver high quality and developmental experiences for interns.
- Drive a culture of conversion through the intern program.
University Partnership
- Develop market level university target school strategy to meet business demand. Maintain consistent school selection criteria and conduct annual assessment/performance of partner schools.
- Maintain expertise on university marketplace and innovation in the university corporate partnership landscape.
- Support recruiters in building and evolving long-term relationships with key universities. Initiate and maintain relationships with priority university career centers and graduate programs to increase visibility into jobs and internships and participate in on-campus and virtual events.
- Partner with Global University team to ensure aligned partnership of key schools relevant to multiple markets.
Strategic
- Plan and participate in strategic planning meetings with functional/market leadership and key business partners of all levels to understand current and upcoming requirements to build a strategy on effective recruitment activities for positions within your area of responsibility.
- Conduct quarterly review meetings with business leaders and key business partners to provide an overview of recruiting achievements as well as opportunities to improve hiring performance moving forward.
- Partner with overall TA organization and encourage direct reports to drive a collaborative approach to recruiting and driving best practices.
- Act as a key point of contact to support the implementation of global initiatives within your designated market.

Experience Requirements:
- University Degree in HR, Business or related field.
- Strong proficiency with technology.
- 5-8 years’ experience in recruiting. Experience directly/indirectly managing people towards business objectives.
- Experience working with university stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of the footwear, apparel, retail industry.
- Track record of success driving a holistic recruitment strategy (needs assessment, planning, execution and embedding) within a designated market across functions.
- Demonstrated success executing against project deliverables, targets and mid-term, long term objectives.
- Strong stakeholder management and stakeholder engagement experience including influencing senior leaders.
- Demonstrated ability leading team to drive global initiatives and embedding them at the functional/market level.
- Has demonstrated a strong mindset and results related to experience with a specific focus on candidates, managers and recruiters.
