JOB DESCRIPTION 工作内容:

1. To work with all quilt factories on new products.

与工厂一起开发新品

2. Work closely on program with US office marketing team.

在项目上与美国市场部紧密合作

3. To review the PO with the factories and work out a detail delivery time of each stage of the order fabric, printing / dyeing and stitching etc. But not to do color approvals

与工厂紧密合作，并确定订单的进料时间，印染时间，缝制时间，包装时间以及交货时间。但不负责颜色确认。

4. Check all samples before sending to Shanghai office and or Customer direct. Making notations if any quality issues on product with arrows.

在样品寄至上海或者客户以前，负责检查所有样品。如果有质量问题，需要作标记

5. Keep a record of all samples in a folder for future reference, also making sure that the Shanghai Merchandiser for that order is in constant touch with each other

负责样品历史记录，并确保与上海跟单紧密交流

6. Daily /Weekly meetings with factories to discuss projects and to update if any critical issues which will effect delivery date and sample commitment dates. Must be in touch with merchandiser.

负责与工厂做项目的每日沟通以及每周会议，并且向上海办公室以及美国办公室及时汇报情况，如交货延期或者质量问题等

7. Work with QC person if in case he has questions.

与QC紧密合作

8. Check all printing against designs/pantone colors/with QC.

与QC一起察看样品以及大货的设计/潘通色

9. Make sure that the factories understand our standards on each product (QUALITY) for each customer

负责确保工厂理解并明白我司以及我司客户对样品的品质要求

10. Make sure that you keep in touch with factories on all development.

确保对于新产品开发与工厂保持紧密接触

11. Work closely with Shanghai office on all issues.

对于所有问题，都需与上海办公室保持紧密沟通

Qualification and requirements 资质与要求:

1. More than 3 yrs' total working home textile industry.

3年以上家纺行业经验

2. University education or above, with good educational knowledge in home textile and logistics expertise

本科以上学历，有家纺以及物流经验

3. Comfortable with the multinational working environment.

愿意在多国工作环境下工作

4. Good business sense of market opportunities and familiar with local factory situations.

对于中国工厂有一定了解

5. Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)

中英文听说读写流利

6. Familiar with Duvets, Mattress Protectors, Pillow Protectors, Pillows etc…

熟悉被套，枕套，床单等床上用品

7. Good knowledge of costing analysis.

会成品分析

8. Familiar with the American quality standards.

了解美国家纺标准

9. Good at Microsoft Office (including words, excel, ppt) and Photoshop

熟练使用Office以及photoshop

10. Hard working and Honest, able to work independently under high pressure.

工作努力，可以独立工作

11. Good team working.

12. Able to travel independently.
