Objectives of the role：

职位主要目标

1、完成管辖区域内丝芙兰、妍丽每月的既定培训目标，以及其它渠道的相关培训需求

2、促进并完成公司运营品牌在丝芙兰、妍丽的销售目标

3、维护及规范公司运营品牌在丝芙兰、妍丽的形象

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

职位具体职责

1. 负责公司经营品牌在‘丝芙兰、妍丽渠道’店铺培训及销售，确保店铺BA熟练掌握产品卖点及销售技能，

2. 确保所有店铺产品陈列规范，维护品牌形象

3 . 对管辖区域店铺的培训与销售负责, 并跟进与店铺一切的相关事宜（如：新品上架、试用品缺失等）

4. 协助公司培训总部的其他活动及项目，如美丽课堂、堂训等;

5. 根据公司安排，不定期驻店销售、参加既定尊美或其它活动

6. 按时提交公司规定的各类月度报表，并确保规范准确性

Special Skills / Knowledge Requirements:

职位具体要求 （技能/学历/语言…）

1、大专以上学历，有化妆品行业督导经验优先；

2、热爱美丽事业，易接受新鲜事物，有一定的时尚敏锐感；

3、为人诚实，工作态度踏实认真。

三、工作时间：

做5休2

四、薪资待遇：

5000底薪+销售提成＋餐饮补助，月度收入到手大约在7-8千
